We’re fortunate to collaborate with so many incredible planners, but after more than a decade of working together, we have to show some love to our friends at Kristin Ashley Events.

Kristin, Liz, and the entire KAE team are some of our absolute favorites, from booking/planning through day-of execution and day-after text messages. They’re unbelievably kind, meticulously organized, and have a sharp eye for the details that turn a wedding from beautiful into unforgettable. No two events we’ve worked on together have ever felt the same — each one reflects a thoughtful vision that’s been uniquely tailored to the couple.

With KAE, we often notice the small details that are usually forgotten become a real focus. Ensuring every toast-giver has a glass of champagne in hand, that every room transition is clear and seamless, and that speeches happen at the right moment based on the flow of the evening (not just the timeline) goes a long way toward creating a celebration that feels effortless for everyone involved.

A pro planner sets the tone for the entire vendor team and KAE leads with calm, confidence and clear communication. It cultivates the kind of environment where every vendor wants to bring their best, and the result is always a celebration that feels smooth, joyful, and genuinely memorable.
